Could you stop complaining for a day? A week? A month? How much do you think you complain, moan, and whine every day? I bet it's more than you think. I wonder if not complaining would be an overall good thing. Would you eventually spill over, unable to bottle-up every misgiving, every slight, every insult? Do we complain for a reason, because physically we just need to let it out? Or would we feel better, focusing suddenly on things that don't make us feel bad at all, but good? I guess you can't know until you have tried.

Let it all out, or keep it all in?
