Today was yet another windy day, windier than most. Wind is my most disliked of all weather. It bombards your face with sand, leaves, twigs, small animals, basically everything; it strips away that cozy, warm layer of air between you and your clothes and replaces it with cold, bitter air; it tangles your hair; it pushes against you as you walk; it makes riding a bicycle impossible; it makes wearing a skirt impossible (not that I do that, anyway). I just don't like it. A nice little breeze is great, of course, but wind...meh.
Things that I DO like:
I like it when I sneeze and amazingly there's kleenex nearby
I like it a teacher knows my name
I LOVE the way my baby laughs
I like it when I see a puppy being mischevious
I love autumn
I like working with my hands
I wish that I could wash my car and know it would stay clean for longer than 2 days.
