At Work

I'm at work on a little break. This computer/keyboard is ancient, so I'm having to write slowly. It's one of those keyboards that is split in the middle and sloped on both sides. Weird. I should really start bringing my laptop, but I need to peel off the stickers first.

Work is just starting to pick up. Yesterday was my first day and I pretty much did nothing and understood less. Lots of micros and nanos and millis and ppb and ppm and mdl and srm etc etc...enough to make my head spin, certainly. Slowly I'm getting it, though. Slowly I'm becoming more confident. Slowly.

I have so much to do. How did this happen? I had this list in my head yesterday, came home and then POOF it was gone. I have only just comprehended the largeness and seriousness of this list. FAFSA things, financial whatnot, memberships, a ticket, cleaning, donating, work whatnot, bla bla bla. I really need to get this stuff done. At least I have the list now. I should e-mail it to myself--I really am that absent-minded. If I don't, the it'll just go POOF again.

And Erin, I know you have a thousand more things to do than me, I just wanted to whine. Just a little. I'm done now.
